This program is accredited by the American Diabetes Association and located at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center, 305 South Fifth Street, Enid, OK 73701.

Those at risk for developing diabetes include:

Those with a parent or sibling with diabetes

Those over 40 years old

Women having a baby weighing nine pounds or more

Women with gestational diabetes

Those who are overweight

Those who exercise very little

Those of Native American, Hispanic, African American, Asian or Pacific Island descent
Most Oklahoma insurance carriers will cover a portion of physician-ordered outpatient diabetes treatment.
