St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center is located in Enid, Oklahoma, which is considered the economic, social, medical, political and educational hub of Northwest Oklahoma. The Medical Center consists of 245 licensed beds and offers a full compliment of outpatient services. Areas of specialization include comprehensive cardiac services, neurosciences, women's health, emergency medicine and rehabilitation.

There are approximately 127 physicians and dentists on the medical staff of St. Mary's Regional Medical Center, representing most specialties. St. Mary's provides comprehensive medical and surgical services including progressive cardiac services; 24- hour trauma center; dedicated women's unit; neuroscience service; diabetes care center recognized by the American Diabetes Association; Skilled Nursing facility; comprehensive inpatient CARF accredited rehabilitation unit, community resources center; CAP and AABB accredited laboratory; a Women's Imaging Center and a Wound Care unit.

In 2008,St. Mary's received full accreditation in all services surveyed by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
