Advanced Maternity Care for You and Your Baby

Important Notice on COVID-19

During this challenging time with COVID-19, we want to reassure our expectant parents that we are taking all precautions to keep you and your baby safe. The service and care we offer at St. Mary's BirthPlace are the same now as they always have been with the one exception that we are only allowing one visitor with any COVID-19 positive laboring patient. That person must be COVID-19 negative and stay in the room.

We are continuing to allow rooming in with your baby. If a mother is symptomatic, we are still allowing her to breastfeed or pump depending on each unique situation. If the baby is sick, we have a negative pressure room in our special care nursery to give appropriate care to your baby.

We want all moms to have a positive birth experience and will do everything we possibly can during this important time. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to call 580-249-3477.

Expecting a baby is an exciting time for you and your family. When the time comes to deliver your baby, St. Mary's Regional Medical Center offers advanced care at the BirthPlace, our maternity center, which has private maternity suites where you can undergo labor, delivery and recovery in the same room.
