Suicide Prevention Lunch and Learn Program

Suicide is one of the leading causes of death and can be prevented. Join Tasha Billingslea, community education manager for Resilience Behavioral Health at St. Mary's, to hear the most current research on prevention and what can be done to help prevent suicide. Attendees will learn the common risk factors, how to spot warning signs in others and ways to help keep ourselves and others safe.

Tasha has a master's degree in psychology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and has worked in mental health for more than 23 years in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She is chair for the Mental Health Committee of the Human Service Alliance of Greater Enid. Tasha is a certified instructor of Mental Health First Aid, QPR, Working Minds and Talk Saves Lives.
